My Home is a flagship brand of Goyal Properties with projects in Talegaon, Punawale & Kiwale. It is based on the concept of Time, Place and Value. My Home is that place where you can save TIME travelling to and from work, stay in a PLACE which will give you mental peace and relax your body, this enables you to do more than just work, enables you to live that life you wanted post working hours, enables you to chase that dream, hence adding more VALUE to your life.
A highly appealing campaign in Marathi flavors was designed for My Home Talegaon. The Lai Bhaari campaign was born from this Marathi expression itself which means awesome. The campaign was visually in a color palette that resonated with the local community as they were the primary target audience.
For My Home Kiwale we selected a more modern approach in our Live Inspired campaign. Digital prints, bright contemporary colors to give a dynamic and futuristic feel to this project in an upcoming suburb of Pune. We positioned it as ‘The Enabler’ centered on Time, Place and Value concept. My Home Kiwale as a brand assures inspired living and becomes the catalyst in achieving your dream.
Keeping in the demographic of families living in My Home Talegaon we decided on local flavored colors and feel for our artworks. Festive offers were similarly bright and traditional in their approach.
Collaterals & Stationery
For an all-round experience a complementary set of collaterals like, booking forms, brochures, 4 pagers, e-brochures etc. were created to make the customer walking in the sales office feel at home with the brand.
It is important to recognize the need of the client, the target audience and the target areas while choosing a communication medium. We released a pamphlet campaign as it was the best medium to communicate effectively with our target audience. But it was not your average everyday flyer. A unique design in our Lai Bhaari theme to catch the attention of our audience and make sure they keep it for a long time.
