There’s a photo on a desktop somewhere. A wooden doorway lined with little clay diyas, their flames dancing against the walls. Marigold garlands hung over the carved arches, and warm golden light spilt across the stone floor, catching on everything it touches.

Every year, Atomium Labs steps away from the familiar rhythms of agency life for a few days. The deadlines wait while the conversations wander. Somewhere between the change of scenery and the time spent together, we find new perspectives on our work, our people, and the year ahead.

To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
